Terms and conditions:
When ordering by De Franse Lelie you agree to the Terms and Conditions (delivery and payment) of De Franse Lelie. De Franse Lelie has the right to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these conditions at any time. Terms and conditions are explained below.
Articles
All our articles are old or antique. They do vary in age. In our shop you will find authentic, antique items but also brocante items. We do our utmost to describe the items as clearly as possible and to show clear pictures in order to present a complete picture.
Prices:
All prices listed in our website are in Euro and include 21% V.A.T., however exclude shipping costs and insurance. Shipping costs do vary and depend on the country destination, the weight and measurement of the article. We do mention this in the description of the article.
For the transport of furniture or great pieces please do get in touch with us in advance. Should you like to pick up the article(s) yourself, this is also possible. Naturally we like to hear this in advance.
To order the wished item(s) you can put your item in the shopping basket. After completing your order, you will receive an email in your email box with the details of your order including our data. Please check this for accuracy reasons. Please contact us as soon as possible if data are not correctly mentioned and refer to the order number. Once you have received a confirmation invoice from us the order is final.
Payments must be in our account within five days. When payment is not received within five days, we will cancel the order. The articles will remain property of De Franse Lelie until you have met the conditions.
You can use online payment by Paypal (Paypal is integrated in the ordering procedure). Naturally you can also choose to pay for the article to transfer the amount into our bank account. After completing your order you will receive a payment request. The amount should be transffered to:

The ordered articles can be delivered at your address. Articles will be shipped as soon as payment is received. All articles will be shipped with Post.nl. or DHL. All articles will be very carefully packed. De Franse Lelie is however not liable for loss, damage or delay for shipping services.
We send our parcels with Post.nl and DHL, as well as in The Netherlands as abroad. The articles will be delivered on the address as mentioned in the order form. It is therefore important to fill in your data accurately. If an order will be returned due to a wrong address shipping costs will be at your own costs.
Returns:
If you have received the item(s), you should check this on condition and completeness. Returning is not possible. If an item does not not meet your expectations, returning is always negotiable. When returning you have to contact De Franse Lelie within two days after receipt of the parcel. After written agreement articles can be returned. Shipping costs will be at your own costs and risk.
Pictures:
The pictures may not be used without our written permission for commercial purposes.
Privacy:
To carry out your order we do need your personal data. De Franse Lelie ensures you that your data will be treated confidentially. The information will be kept in our directory. Data will not be provided to third parties.
